Role & responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP PS (Project System) and SAP PPM/EPPM solutions in the SAP S/4HANA setting.
Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications based on business needs.
Configure SAP S/4HANA modules to support business processes and organizational standards.
Design and maintain project structures, including WBS, Networks, Activities, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Scheduling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, HCM, and CATS modules.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and support SAP PS applications throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve production issues,



manage support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
Support SAP implementation, global rollout, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
Coordinate with global support teams, business process owners, and testing teams for issue resolution and release validation.
Review, validate, and test system enhancements, bug fixes, and current SAP releases before deployment.
Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve SAP Project System and Portfolio Management processes.
