Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary within the approved budget and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate onboarding and documentation for current hires.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
