We are looking for a Sheet Metal Design & FEA Engineer with solid expertise in product design, engineering analysis, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sheet metal design, finite element analysis (FEA), and product development using industry-leading CAD and simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Sheet Metal Design
Design and develop complex sheet metal components and assemblies.
Create 3D models, flat patterns, manufacturing drawings, and detailed engineering documentation.
Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly), and cost optimization principles.
Design welded, bolted, and riveted assemblies.
Ensure compliance with relevant sheet metal standards and best practices.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate product designs.
Conduct:
Static Analysis
Energetic Analysis
Buckling Analysis
Fatigue Analysis
Modal Analysis
Contact Analysis
Structure Analysis
Evaluate design performance based on stress, deflection, factor of safety, vibration, fatigue, and buckling criteria.




Optimize designs based on analysis results and engineering recommendations.

Manufacturing & Product Support
Collaborate with production teams and fabrication vendors.
Support prototype builds, testing, and product validation activities.
Resolve manufacturing and assembly-related issues.
Drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and cost reduction.

Documentation
Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Maintain design revisions and engineering records.
