Execute piping works for Boiler, Power Plant, and Process Plant projects.
Interpret and verify piping isometric drawings with actual site conditions before execution.
Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3 codes and project specifications.
Manage fabrication, erection, hydro testing, flushing, and commissioning activities.
Handle Free Issue Material (FIM) management, including receipt, reconciliation, utilization, and documentation.
Prepare and verify piping billing based on inch-dia measurements and material consumption.
Prepare RA Bills, measurement sheets, and supporting project documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC, and client teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to schedules.
Maintain records related to material consumption, billing, reconciliation, and project documentation.
Support project budgeting, cost monitoring, and cost-control activities.
Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of piping materials at site.
Coordinate import/export documentation related to project materials.
