We are looking for a smart and organized Back Office & Online Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, online sales, quotations, and back-office operations for our LED Display Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Website.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams.
Maintain customer database and update CRM.
Process sales orders and maintain records.
Support customers with product information and order status.
Manage online inquiries from digital platforms and social media.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.




Positive communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and Excel.
Positive typing and computer skills.
Solid follow-up and customer handling abilities.
Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Back Office will be preferred.
