Senior Architect – Residential / Commercial Mixed-Use Projects Location: Noida Experience: 10–15 Years Qualification: B.Arch.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development and multidisciplinary coordination for large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects . The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure that project documentation and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage design development for large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. Review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and coordination of project documentation.

Ensure timely issuance of drawings and project deliverables as per project schedules. Maintain high standards of design quality and project documentation. Coordinate with clients and consultants to address design and project-related requirements.





Ensure all project deliverables align with company quality standards and client expectations. Support the team in resolving design, technical, and coordination-related issues. Provide design guidance and support to junior team members as required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) Experience Required 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.

Experience in large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use projects will be preferred.

Software Skills

AutoCAD – Advanced SketchUp Photoshop MS Office Revit Required Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently present design ideas and communicate effectively with clients. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, multidisciplinary workplace. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
