NRole Overview

nWe are seeking an analytical and execution-focused L&D; skilled to manage learning operations, talent development initiatives, learning analytics, and project coordination. The role requires solid expertise in excel, creating dashboards, stakeholder coordination, LMS management, and program execution.

NResponsibilities:-

NLearning & Talent Management Operations

Manage end-to-endexecution of learning and talent development programs.
N
Track nominations, attendance, completions, and learner records.
N
Coordinate with business stakeholders, learners, facilitators, and vendors.
N
Maintain and share goalcompletion and appraisal status reports with stakeholders.
N
Manage learner communications, invitations, reminders, and completion follow-ups.
N

nLearning Analytics& Reporting

N

n
Build and maintain L&D; dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
N
Analyze participation, completion, effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
N
Generate leadership reports and provide actionable insights.
N

nLMS Coordination

N

n




Partner with LMS teams for course deployment, enrollments, assessments, and reporting.
N
Ensure learning data accuracy and resolve learner queries.
N

Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive learning initiatives effectively.
