Create and oversee the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and high-quality 3D renderings using advanced design software. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their skilled growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless design experience. Collaborate closely with the manufacturing and production teams to ensure design integrity, feasibility, and flawless execution of furniture and modular components. Conduct and oversee site visits for critical measurements, project supervision, and high-level coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors. Source and specify high-quality materials, finishes, and furniture, while staying within budget and project timelines. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging materials, and creative design technologies to continuously elevate the company's design offerings.
