Qualification
B.E./B.Tech (EEE/ECE) / Diploma / ITI (Electrical/Electronics)
Relevant technical certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing production workplace.
Experience in Supervisor / Team Lead roles is mandatory.
Exposure to manpower handling and shift management.
Experience in production target monitoring and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
Lead and manage a team of operators/technicians.
Monitor production targets, quality, and productivity.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure adherence to safety and company standards.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of production processes and electrical systems.
Ability to prepare shift reports and production updates.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Solid focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Positive attitude and hands-on approach to shop-floor operations.
