Job Summary The Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Head/GM/Director by preparing techno-commercial documents, coordinating with customers and internal departments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely submission of quotations, tenders, and project-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents timely.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Maintain customer database, enquiry records, and project documentation.
Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and management presentations.
Coordinate with engineering, design, production and finance departments for timely execution of customer requirements.
Track tender status, order processing, and customer communications.
Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and amendments.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial offers for Transmission Line Towers, Substation Structures, Solar MMS, and Crash Barrier projects etc.
Handle customer correspondence through email and telephone.
Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.
Follow up for bill submission, BOE submission & recovery of payment on time.




Support the marketing team in achieving departmental objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in marketing coordination, back-office operations, or tendering (preferred).

Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
Robust documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Attention to detail and time management.
Valuable communication and computer skills.
