Role & responsibilities

In depth Knowledge on Snowflake - Enterprise data architecture, performance tuning, governance, cost modeling 2. Knowledge on DBT - advanced modeling, macros, CI/CD, artifacts API 3. Knowledge on IBM DataStage - legacy ETL understanding and modernization strategies 4. Familiarity with MCP-style server integrations or equivalent tool-calling / protocol-based agent frameworks
Knowledge on SQL & Python (for data tooling, automation, and agent logic)
Experience designing agent based systems that interact with Databases, Metadata, Code repositories
Valuable understanding of API driven architectures, Secure runtime integrations between AI, data and code

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible for defining and governing end to end Enterprise data and AI architecture, spanning Snowflake, DBT, IBM DataStage, and agent based accelerators that unify code, data, and orchestration

Work on data platform architecture,



ETL/ELT modernization and AI ready agent frameworks using MCP style server integrations to enable reusable accelerators across data analytics and automation use cases

Define Enterprise wide Data & Platform architectures for Snowflake data platforms, DBT driven transformation layers, Hybrid ETL/ELT modernization (IBM DataStage DBT/Snowflake)

Lead Data integration & modernization from IBM DataStage batch and real time pipelines to dbt + Snowflake ELT architectures. Govern integration across Kafka, API-based ingestion, and batch pipelines as required.

Design and govern Enterprise grade agents and accelerators that combine code + metadata + data, and interact with Snowflake, DBT artifacts, and orchestration systems

Architect MCP serverbased integrations enabling Tool calling agents, Data aware agents (query, validation, lineage, impact analysis), secure integration between LLMs, datasets, pipelines, and business rules

Define reusable accelerators for Data onboarding, DBT project framework, Data quality automation, Lineage, reconciliation, and SLO monitoring
