Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage Mortgage loan, Loan Against Property business within the assigned territory.
Achieve business targets while ensuring branch profitability.
Identify local market prospects and execute business sourcing activities through the team.
Drive sales productivity by coordinating business, collections, and operations.
Maintain healthy portfolio quality by managing PDD and optimizing weighted IRR.
Ensure timely collections and minimize overdue accounts.
Source current customers, address customer grievances promptly, and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve assigned branch targets as well as individual and team performance goals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
