Key Responsibilities
Source home loan customers through direct sales, DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral channels.
Achieve monthly disbursement and business targets.
Explain housing loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Collect and verify KYC, income, property, and other required documents.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely loan approvals and disbursement.
Conduct field visits for customer profiling, residence/business verification, and property inspection.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and internal credit norms.
Monitor the loan portfolio by conducting post-disbursement utilization checks and regular customer visits.
