Job Title: GenAI Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GenAI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in machine learning and deep learning, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms. This role requires proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like AgenticAI, LangChan, TensorFlow, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex problems.

Develop and optimize GenerativeAI models and algorithms for various applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, Agentic AI and Generative AI.

Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.

Document and present research findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.





Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and scalability.

Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of related experience.

Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts and techniques.

Experience in implementing LLMs and Generative AI models, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG); and Agent based Architecture (AgenticAI).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, particularly LangChan, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras etc.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of Power BI and PowerAutomate would be a Plus.

Proficiency in database design and management.

Positive communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
