Role & responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Logistics, and Safety.
Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Monitor and optimize plant performance through effective resource utilization and process improvements.
Lead and mentor departmental heads and plant personnel to achieve operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Manage production planning and capacity utilization to meet customer requirements.
Control manufacturing costs and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where required.

Preferred candidate profile
