– Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through various channels.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.




Represent the company at networking events and business meetings when required.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Target-driven with a proactive approach.
Positive presentation and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in the advertising, marketing or service industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
