Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for MATTESPACE’s architectural visualization services. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, doing cold calling and reaching to prospective clients.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate terms,



and ensure smooth onboarding of recent clients. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing market feedback, and contributing to business growth strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong client base.

Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Relevant experience in sales or business development within creative services, architecture, design, or related industries is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple prospects simultaneously, and meet defined sales targets.
