We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Product Support Engineer to remotely troubleshoot electronic and telematics devices while providing data-driven insights through Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in data visualization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Telematics & Remote Troubleshooting
Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot telematics and electronic devices remotely.
Analyze device connectivity, sensor, GPS, and communication issues.
Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Coordinate with field teams, customers, and technical stakeholders for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain incident logs, service reports, and troubleshooting documentation.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.

Power BI & Data Analytics
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports

Communication & Customer Support




Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to customers and internal teams.
Conduct periodic reviews and presentations of dashboard insights and performance metrics.
Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Participate in customer calls and support activities as required.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of Telematics Systems, GPS, IoT devices, and electronic control units.
Experience in remote troubleshooting and diagnostics of electronic devices.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and communication protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience in automotive, fleet management, heavy equipment, or IoT domains.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
