Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment, training, and activation of SME Agents

Ensure continuous onboarding and capability building of SME agents.

Monitor business performance of SME Agents

Track productivity, provide regular guidance, and support performance improvement.

Lead generation & sales achievement

Drive business through quality lead generation and ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.

Policy renewals

Ensure timely renewals and maintain robust relationships with agents and customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in agency recruitment, SME/general insurance, or sales & distribution roles
Solid relationshipbuilding and communication skills
Ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of agents
