Serve as the main communication link between the company and clients/partners throughout the entire order cycle.
Understand client requirements, provide product guidance, and support the selection of appropriate merchandise solutions.
Coordinate internally with design, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, timelines, and status updates with clients.
Track order progress end-to-end, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate documentation, including communication logs, order details, approvals, and delivery confirmations.
Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Follow up after project completion for feedback and potential repeat business.
