Key tasks & responsibilities
Define, document and communicate recent business, user and system requirements, considering upstream and downstream services.
Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through elicitation, testing and delivery to business acceptance.
Evaluate solution options and advise stakeholders on the best way to solve the business problem.
Apply elicitation and modelling techniques: Business Process Modelling (BPM), UML, use/test cases, wireframes and prototyping.
Work with Business Leads and Product Owners to prioritise and manage complex backlogs and ensure global consistency.

Required skills & experience
Experience as a (technical) Business Analyst from a consultancy or software setting, ideally with identity/security/Microsoft exposure.
Technical understanding to clarify technical detail independently; ready to learn IAM/Entra.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Confident in workshop facilitation, interview and documentation analysis; valuable knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
