Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Researcher to join our Research and Development (R&D;) team. As a Researcher, you will contribute to various projects aimed at developing creative emulsions for coatings application. Your role involves conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute laboratory experiments.
Conduct literature reviews and stay informed about industry trends.
Collaboratively work with cross functional teams, such as analytical, application testing, production etc




Maintaining a positive record of the product development process using digital tools
Presenting and communicating the results to R&D; leadership

Preferred Experience & Qualification:
Ph.D. in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, or a related field.
MSc or MTech with a minimum of 5 years of experience in emulsion polymerization.
Proficiency in organic and polymer synthesis.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with paints & coatings, polymers, or emulsions is an advantage.
