Role Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Strong exposure to production/manufacturing environments rather than purely support functions.
Experience in sterile manufacturing is highly preferred.
Biosimilars manufacturing experience would be a solid advantage; however, candidates with robust sterile manufacturing experience can also be considered.
Hands-on exposure to manufacturing of dosage forms such as tablets, liquids, and sterile products.
Educational Qualification
M. Pharm preferred.
B. Pharm candidates may be considered if they possess solid and relevant industry experience.
Technical Competencies
Good understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Sound knowledge of Annex 1 requirements and aseptic manufacturing practices.
Familiarity with quality systems, compliance requirements, and regulatory expectations.
Understanding of manufacturing investigations, deviations, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
