Role Description The Brand Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role focuses on developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging across design, packaging, retail, and event activation initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams and clients to refine brand positioning, preparing brand guidelines, supporting sales and marketing campaigns, and monitoring brand performance.

Specialist also coordinates with design and production teams to maintain visual and verbal brand standards, and contributes to presentations,



proposals, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Robust skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to develop, implement, and maintain cohesive brand initiatives.

Proficiency in Branding and Communication to ensure clear, consistent brand messaging across channels.

Experience in Sales related to brand promotion, client engagement, and supporting business development activities.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, marketing, and events to deliver integrated brand experiences.

Relevant experience in branding, marketing, or related fields; agency or creative industry experience is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, or a related discipline preferred.

Strong analytical skills to review brand performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
