Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Senior Recruiter to manage daily team operations, drive performance, mentor team members, and ensure the achievement of business goals.

Role & responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Overseas Blue-Collar Recruitment.
Source candidates through Recruitment Agents, Naukri, Job Portals, Referrals & social media.
Manage and expand the Recruitment Agent Network across India.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidate interviews.
Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring talents.
Coordinate with Overseas Client and ensure timely candidate mobilization.
Maintain candidate records in CRM and prepare recruitment reports.

Skills:
3 - 6 years of Overseas Blue-Collar Recruitment experience.
