NKey Responsibilities

nAs the first point of contact, you will guide prospective clients through their journey by understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions.

N- Client Outreach: Make 80–120 outbound calls daily with professionalism and confidence.

N- Lead Management: Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and convert prospects into clients.

N- Sales Performance: Maintain accurate client records and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.

Strong Business acumen,including understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and value-based selling.

Excellent Communicationskills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, handling queries, and ensuring client retention.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office productivity software (e.G., spreadsheets, presentations, email).

Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and tasks.
