VardhX Integrated Services is hiring for a renowned hospitality brand operating a premium portfolio of serviced apartments, luxury guest houses, and managed corporate housing. The organization serves leading corporates, business travelers, expatriates, and long-stay guests, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across major cities.

Key Responsibilities
Drive city revenue, occupancy, and overall business growth.
Develop B2B corporate accounts, channel partners, relocation companies, and real estate supply partnerships.
Identify recent business opportunities and maximize long-stay business.
Lead end-to-end operations across multiple properties while ensuring exceptional guest experience.
Drive operational excellence, service quality, and cost optimization.
Own city P&L;, budgets, profitability, and productivity.
Lead and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams.




Build strong relationships with property owners, landlords, corporate clients, and business partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Finance, HR, and Projects to achieve business goals.
Ensure statutory compliance and timely business reporting.
