Roles and Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities for building materials such as cement, concrete, waterproofing, tiles, and construction chemicals.
Conduct market research (R&D;) to identify cutting-edge, sustainable, and alternative residential construction materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices and improve supply chain efficiency.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock management to minimise waste and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.
Onboard recent vendors specialised in residential finishing materials and high-volume raw materials.
Desired Candidate -1 -2 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (building construction, civil construction).
Solid knowledge of building materials like Cement, Concrete, Waterproofing, Tiles & Construction Chemicals.
