Job Summary
We are hiring both Junior and Senior Building Engineers to support and lead execution of large-scale high-rise and hospitality projects. Candidates will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and ensuring project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at site
Manage materials, manpower,
and resources effectively
Track progress and maintain site reports
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution
Experience Requirements
Junior Engineers:
3–5 years of experience in building construction
Valuable understanding of RCC and finishing works
Ability to handle site execution with guidance
Senior Engineers:
8–12 years of experience in high-rise / commercial / hotel projects
Solid expertise in RCC, finishing, and site management
Ability to independently handle project execution and lead teams
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Preferred Skills
Experience in high-rise structures and basement construction
Knowledge of construction planning and execution
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting tools
Robust communication and team management skills
