Own the full 3-hour 15-minute session from welcome to closing — Theatre segments on Why Buildings Fail, Journey of Water, Failure Pathology (8 types), and the FoxScan Method; the Lab rotation across 5 instrument stations; and the Simulation Mode case diagnosis on the visitor web app. Hold the room for 35 seats.
Field Diagnostics (Tue / Fri / Sun). Conduct revenue-generating FoxScan inspections across Pune. Carry instruments, capture thermal and moisture data, write reports. Each inspection feeds your classroom with a fresh case file and contributes to company revenue.
Problem Identification & Query Handling. Visitors arrive with leaky bathrooms, cracking terraces, and chronic seepage. Read their problem from photos and site history; tell them which failure type they are looking at; route reliable cases to a full FoxScan inspection.
Content Refresh. Every quarter,



refresh at least one slide deck with fresh case photographs from your field work. Keep the specimens shelf and the simulation case bank current.
Centre Operations. Run the Session Quality Checklist before every session (AV, specimens, instruments, lighting, demo table, certificates). Mentor the Office Boy / Facility Assistant on session-day readiness.
Conversion Support. After each session, walk interested candidates to the cabin for a 1-on-1 CSD L1 enrolment discussion. Help the Business Head convert orientation attendees into paying certification candidates.
Reporting. Submit a weekly session log (sessions delivered, attendance, top simulation scorers, queries raised, conversion leads) and a monthly field-inspection report.
