Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and critically evaluate advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance

Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, nuanced problem statements

Assess AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and rigor

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen model performance

Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of scientific clarity and precision Who You Are Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology,



Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent

Solid working knowledge in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics

Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis

Exceptionally explicit written communicator — you can make complex science accessible without sacrificing accuracy

Detail-oriented and self-directed, able to produce high-quality work independently

Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation workflows

Familiarity with bioinformatics pipelines or computational biology tools

Academic or industry research experience with published or applied outcomes
