Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Skills Café is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with corporate clients, managing end-to-end lead generation activities, and nurturing prospects through regular follow-ups.

Executive will schedule and conduct client meetings, present training solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to design proposals that align with client needs.



The role also includes maintaining solid client relationships, handling account management responsibilities, and tracking sales metrics to support revenue growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients.
Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships, negotiate proposals, and support long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present solutions clearly, engage with stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams.
Experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or learning and development is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru North and travel for client meetings as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications is an advantage.
