Role & responsibilities

Develop 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings for casting dies, patterns, core boxes, gauges, fixtures, and tooling.

Prepare CNC machining programs using CAM software.

Optimize machining strategies to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.

Coordinate with NPD, Production, Quality, and Toolroom teams during tool development.

Review customer drawings and convert them into manufacturable tooling designs.

Perform design modifications based on trial feedback and engineering changes.

Ensure tooling complies with dimensional and quality requirements.

Prepare BOMs, tooling documentation, and revision records.

Support recent product development activities.

Monitor tool performance and recommend improvements.

Follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices within the toolroom.





Maintain Necessary Tool Manufacturing Records as per ISO 9001 & Company Systems.

Do physical Measurement of Customer sample and Develop Engineering drawings

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering

Siemens NX

SolidWorks

CAM Software/Mastercam/PowerMill

Siemens NX CAM

CNC Milling
