Position: International Business Development (Manager/Sr Manager)

Key Responsibilities:
Engage and strategise with senior-level executives and CXOs (primarily HR leaders) at prospective companies to demonstrate how KNR adds value to their business.
Develop and hunt for recent business for the Executive Search, Talent Mapping and Talent Advisory.
Develop market and new business for HR Tech product launching in August 2026
Create a strong pipeline industry-wise, and focus on meetings with prospects from India, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa
Develop and cultivate deep relationships with the company's Senior Executives like VP HR's, Director HR's, CHROs, MD, CEO's.
Manage large global key accounts and take profit and loss (P&L;)



responsibility.
Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information.
Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Create bespoke presentations, client proposals, and negotiate further to close the deals.

Qualifications & Skills:
7 years in international business development, preferably in executive search, recruitment, or employee perks, training, learning, or professional services.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
Established network of senior-level decision-makers at leading global organizations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex, long-cycle deals.
Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
