Business Development

Executive (BDE) – TBPMatrix TBPMatrix is looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings. Present TBPMatrix's digital services, including Website Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and AI Solutions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.



Update CRM and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication can also apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and IT services is an advantage.
