We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in Software/SaaS Sales to help grow our customer base. If you're passionate about B2B sales, enjoy meeting clients, and have a proven track record of closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Build, nurture, and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Attend in-person client meetings and presentations across Bengaluru when required.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
Experience selling CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms,



or other technology solutions is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings.

What We Offer
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month
10% incentive on revenue after monthly revenue exceeds ₹2.5 Lakhs
