Design and configure Talent and Performance processes including goal management, performance reviews, and succession planning.
Set up templates for performance evaluations, competency frameworks, and feedback cycles.
Configure eligibility rules for talent programs based on job profiles and organizational hierarchy.
Implement business processes for talent events (e.g., goal setting, review cycles, calibration sessions).
Perform regular audits of performance review templates, goals, and succession plans.
Update talent and performance structures during organizational changes or annual cycles.
Maintain security roles and domain policies for talent and performance data.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to goal alignment, review workflows, and succession planning.
Build custom reports and dashboards for talent analytics using Workday Report Writer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid hands-on experience with Workday Talent & Performance configuration.
Knowledge of goal management, performance review cycles, and succession planning.
Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.
Experience in Workday reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Preferred Experience
Workday Certification in Talent & Performance.
Experience with Workday HCM and related modules.
Prior involvement in Workday implementation or optimization projects.
