Description: You will work directly on real electrolyser systems, testing, troubleshooting, and improving performance. The role is hands-on and thinking-intensive, focused on understanding why things behave the way they do, not just following instructions.

Responsibilities: electrolyser stack testing and validation
Monitor and log performance data (voltage, current, efficiency, degradation)
Assist in test setup assembly, instrumentation, and debugging
Identify anomalies and suggest logical root-cause hypotheses
Contribute to experiment design and test improvements
Document observations clearly and concisely
Solid Interest (Most Significant)
Strong interest in electrochemistry, water electrolysis, catalysts, and green hydrogen technologies
Genuine curiosity about how electrochemical systems work and why performance changes over time
