We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in the banking domain to work closely with stakeholders, gather and document business requirements, and drive technical solutions for business process improvements.

Responsibility:
Elicit business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Analyze and document business requirements using use cases, user stories, and business process modeling.
Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRD) and functional requirement documents (FRD).
Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams.
Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and propose viable solutions.
Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate requirements and solutions effectively.




Ensure all business requirements are properly tested and validated before implementation.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services.
Experience with business process improvement and optimization.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation techniques, and process mapping.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, SQL, UML, and Wireframing tools.
Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is preferred.
