Job Description:
What is this role about?
Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
Cultivating solid relationships with current clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
Working closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies.
Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels like Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails etc.
Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example)
Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive workplace.
Ready to go live on a Video Call with parents.
Shift timing - 10 PM to 7 AM - US shift
Working Days - 6 days working , 1 days rotational off in weekdays, weekends are mandatory working
