Business Development Executive / Financial Advisor / Trading Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive / Financial Advisor / Trading Advisor to join our team in the stock market and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.
Make outbound calls and achieve sales targets.
Assist clients with stock market-related queries in coordination with the Research Analyst team.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Understand customer needs, handle objections, and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
Present company products/services and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
Experience in B2C sales; stock market/financial services experience preferred.




Basic understanding of stock market concepts and financial products.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Ability to build relationships and handle client objections.

Round 1: Telephonic Interview

Round 2: Walk-in Interview

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Offs: 1st & 2nd Saturdays + All Sundays

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
