Roles & Responsibilities

Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation in Confluence for the Technology Vertical.
Ensure up-to-date management and version control of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) documentation.

Training: (training specialist' OR 'business analyst') AND ('ALM' OR ' Application Lifecycle Management' OR 'Confluence')
Publish and announce updates, current processes, and enhancements to existing processes through transparent and skilled communication channels.
Design and deliver tailored process training programs for new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding.
Organize and lead ALM tool training sessions for all members of the Technology Vertical, ensuring consistent understanding and application.
Create engaging training materials, including guides, presentations, and hands-on tutorials.

Continuous Improvement:




Regularly review and enhance existing processes and training materials to align with organizational goals and best practices.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.

Skills

Educational Background:

Bachelor's in Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a strong academic record

Professional Experience:

Over 2 years of hands on experience in process documentation and training delivery

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and wiki editing tools.

Communication & Presentation:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Skilled in using advanced presentation tools to create impactful and engaging content.
