We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant with 59 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Core HR / Global HR, including workforce structures, worker lifecycle management, organization and position management, approvals, and HR process configuration. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

The consultant should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT support, issue resolution, and production support. Exposure to integrations, reports, HDL/HSDL data loads, security coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with modules such as Payroll, Absence, Talent, or Recruitment will be an advantage. Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
