Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Generate current business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
Manage inside sales activities by handling customer enquiries, lead follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
Coordinate with customers, the production team, and dispatch to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Handle sales coordination, including order tracking, customer communication, and follow-up on pending enquiries.
Negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into purchase orders and work orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and existing customers.




Conduct regular customer follow-ups to increase repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and maintain customer databases.
Identify current market opportunities and analyze competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Education
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Preferred
B.E./B.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering – Preferred
MBA in Marketing or Sales Management will be an added advantage.
