We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the IDFC Bank process in Thane. Candidates with good English communication skills and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, banking procedures, and process guidelines.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
Valuable English communication skills are mandatory.




Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a customer service/banking process.

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates from customer service, BPO, banking, or voice processes are also eligible.
Candidates with strong communication skills will be preferred.
