Monitor CCTV cameras throughout operational hours.
Observe staff attendance, punctuality, and movement within the clinic.
Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs and maintain qualified conduct.
Monitor patient waiting areas, reception, pharmacy, and common areas.
Report any suspicious activities, security concerns, or policy violations immediately.
Maintain a daily CCTV observation log and incident reports.
Retrieve and provide CCTV footage whenever requested by authorized management.
Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.
Maintain confidentiality of all CCTV footage and clinic information.
Coordinate with the Operations Team and Branch Managers regarding observations.
Ensure recordings are backed up and stored as per company policy.
Assist during internal investigations by providing relevant footage and reports.
