Key Responsibilities
CNC Maintenance
Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines (lubrication, calibration, cleaning).
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
Replace worn-out parts and ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with CNC operators/machinists to resolve production-related machine issues.
Electrical Maintenance
Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical panels, wiring, motors, and drives.
Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and preventive practices.
Support installation and commissioning of current CNC machines and electrical equipment.
General
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance machine reliability.




Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize disruptions.
Adhere to workplace safety and 5S standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
35 years of experience in CNC machine and electrical maintenance.
Robust knowledge of CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and industrial automation.
Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and preventive maintenance practic
