We are looking for an experienced CDMA/RA Project Manager with a robust background in managing IT projects within the Life Sciences domain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing eTMF, Safety (Pharmacovigilance), and CRM systems and be responsible for managing the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end implementation of eTMF, Safety, and CRM systems.
Lead the complete SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Track project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,
and meet quality standards.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Required Skills:-
10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Experience implementing eTMF, Safety (Pharmacovigilance), and CRM systems.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end SDLC process.
Experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
