Job Title:

Project Executive – Electrical

Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Diploma candidates may also be considered (depending on company)

Experience:
Fresher or 1–3 years experience in electrical projects, site execution, maintenance, or installation.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical installation work at project sites.
Handle cable laying, panel erection, wiring, and testing.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
Ensure work completion as per drawings and deadlines.
Prepare daily progress reports and project documentation.
Monitor material requirements and inventory.
Ensure safety standards and quality compliance.
Attend client/site meetings when required.

Skills Required:




Knowledge of electrical systems, panels, transformers, HT/LT work.
Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
MS Excel / reporting skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel / work at project sites.

For Freshers:
Training will be provided.
Basic technical knowledge and learning attitude required.

Salary:
Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (depends on company & experience)
