Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our energetic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business analysis as a Lead level, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Convert business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Assist in the creation of user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with business and technical teams.
Collaborate with the development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure the delivery aligns with business needs.




Provide support during implementation and post-deployment activities.

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, SaaS / Service based companies.
Solid understanding of business process modelling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar platforms.
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or any QA-related certifications are an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum settings is an added advantage.
